What is "The Paths of Janus"?

PoJ is a collection of D&D-interested folks telling great stories and making like-minded friends.

We will forge connections over fun dice rolls, exciting storylines, and HATING that one villain. You know the one. That one.

This section is incomplete because we all will be creating what PoJ means for our group. Maybe you really like political storylines. Maybe you're a combat heavy person. Maybe you like wacky puzzles. We will build it - together.

I work hard to adjust to the groups I run games for.

Who is Janus??

"Janus, the Wanderer"

Janus is a traveler between planes. They aren't singular, they are a duo with two faces and two personalities.

The Gold face is that one that you'll primarily interact with when you meet them. They are warm. Friendly. Jovial. Supportive.

The Silver face is all business. How can we put you to work? What are you uncovering / returning to us? Did you find Bob Boberson's secret lair?

If/When you meet them they will challenge you. If you meet their challenges you'll be given information, wonderous items, or both.

I am a 31 year old Dungeon Master who has been DM-ing for 6 years. I've completed the Kyme campaign for a group over the course of the pandemic and have run each of the listed Campaigns and/or One-Shots over that same timeframe.

I am passionate about stories, story-telling, drama, and excellent fights. I draw from American History, novels, tv shows, movies, and video games to inspire arcs for the storylines. I actively want you all to help influence the next compelling fantasy story. Let's DO this!
